I don't want to receive any messages that are almost scam from these companies

I've selected paytm option instead of selecting bank account, they cut 6000 but still not refunded, then I add my gmail in my profile and somehow 518 rupees cut due to some retainer cash reversal. I've not done anything wrong intentionally, please try to understand this, it's a matter of 6500 rupees, I shall be highly obliged if i get my money back.
