11th July i Ordered Amazfit T-Rex 2 watch for ₹15, 799/-.
12th July the Order confirmed and packed.
13th July Online shipment was booke in Bluedart and tracking number was shared.
From 13th July till today, the tracking number is showing details as "Online Shipment Booked" only, no more updates from that.
When asked to Bluedart, they say that the package shipping was booked online but since then nothing was shipped...

The battery of the product is draining so fast. Even on stand by mode. Acc to product the battery lasts for 30 days but it iis draining fully within 8-9 days.

I want to return the product. I have mailed for return request on amazfit india email address. But git no reply. Helpline no. Is switched off. Kindly take...
