Recieved Different Product while The product shown was different on website and instagram page.

I purchased a watch from the instagram page, Recieved a complete different product and the CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER and emails everything is unresponsive.
These ### are selling like these from a very long time, since I purchased for the first time, I am very dissatisfied and i need a refund for that product....
