I have submitted task within time, they said qc will be done in 2-3 days but till now it is about 15 days. They are not even responding to my mails or msgs or calls. I want my money back ....

The company promised a qc report after 7 days of completion of task and then the payment within 2 working days.I submitted my task on 6th of August and it already has been 7 days, neither did I receive any qc report nor any updates.I want my money....
