How many times complaints put this site. No any reply will het to me. Sir i paid a online transaction incidentally with billjunction dotcom at 23/10/23 rs683. But amount debited from my account not refund not yet initiated...

On dated 23/10/23 i made an internet banking transaction via billjunction dotcom for building tax amount paying Rs. 683. My transaction is failed and amount debited from my account. And my building tax transaction not settled. I also made a complaint in this regarding u informed sbi to problem resolved 23/10/23. My transaction is failed and not successful and not claim u building tax amount.
