I bought one pair of slippers from them but they didn't ship it and cancelled it... Then emailed me that they have processed the refund but the refund is not done. I asked them to give me a utr number, instead they sent some random transaction id and when I confirmed with the bank, it was a hoax.. Plz help me...

I have purchased one footwear from Inc5 website on July 3, order no: Inc34086.
But the size was small and product was defective so placed the "exchange" request. And the product was picked up successfully next day from my home for exchange, reached to company also.
