Once I applied my loan... The loan shows processing for some time so i reached customer support he told me to pay processing fee till that time my account number is correct once I made the payment still I didn't receive my loan amount then I received message from customer support that my account number is wrong..then I went check it in app my account number is incorrect.. I dont know how account number is changed and every time customer support...

I had applied for a loan of Rs. 50000, and was informed to pay an instalment of Rs. 750 to avail the loan. I had paid that amount. And now, I am asked to pay Rs. 2500 to avail the loan. If I have to pay Rs. 2500, I am not interested in availing the loan. Please refund Rs. 750 to me immediately. Otherwise I shall escalate the issue to Ombudsman.
