I have paid 16500 amount as service charge told by the company but they did fraud with me and now denying to return my money...

I had applied for a loan of amount 50000, Then they told me to pay an amount of 2500 as service charge. and after paying this money then again they told me that you account has been frozen that I had entered account number as wrong, I clearly remember that i didn't make any mistakes, then to unfrozen account, you need to pay 10000 again...
I need my money back...
