Hai i was ordered from e commerce company from Bangalore s.o they sent a parcel by November 4 .today the date is November 16. Still we didn’t receive my parcel .when i track the parcel it shows ranchi rmo tmo from November 11 the parcel got strucked in same place .there is no response for calls also number is not working .we need the parcel in urgent basis .please do the needful.

Sir, consignment no EW[protected]IN, 17 Oct 21 Ranchi may aa gaya. Today 21 Oct 21. Still waiting delivery at Hehal post office. Bullet train sey pahle speed pos ttheek karna hoga. Postal dept ka complain page ITR filing sey bhi jyada information mangta hai, sirf tracking id sey data extract nahi hota kya, digital system par spending toh millions may hai. Kutch kariye. RMS tmo Ranchi no one picks up phone....
