We had placed an order for a brut champagne and also made payment via bank transfer (Rs. 3, 400) on 11/2/2022 for delivery in Chennai. The executive promised and assured that it will be delivered by 8:00 p.m. that night. I had even shared the screenshots of payment confirmation to him. The product was not delivered at all. The phones are not getting answered since then. I sent messages and complaint via WhatsApp and email. No one is answering...

I ordered online from them in June 2021. They are a gifting service and they assured my product would be delivered on the date and time I decided. The date and time decided was 8th July 2021 at 10am. They gave me a link to complete my payment online and I did so. I paid 9, 500 INR and did not receive any further communication about my product.
