Indian Products Store Complaints & Reviews

We purchased items worth 158 Canadian dollars on Feb 20.. there has been no order confirmation or response to our follow ups.
My concern is why legal/consumer complaint authorities are not taking any action against them after so many people voiced their concern against this website.

Please note their address and website.. kindly take strict action as this is encouraging them to literally steal people’s hard earned...

Ordered cinnamon over 3 weeks ago and never got any acknowledgment and response from their support team on following up.
Their WhatsApp no. And support email is active but they choose to ignore and ghost you after charging.

I ordered from this website before one month but I have not got any my products or no reply from them.

I already sent emails, phone calls no reply at all.

I have ordered before as well, It was good first time and then second time they did not reply anything.
