Regarding Money Refund

I have given totally 74, 500 rupees to this fraud job racketeers to get a job. They have taken money from me But at last I stopped paying them and asked them to refund my money.Ajay Singh who is said to be Manager at IRB promised me to refund my money today.But he blocked my mobile number. I'm from a very poor family and I paid money by taking LOANs at higher interests from my family.I have to repay my LOANs.Even I wrote a Suicide Letter...
