Refund not received

On 16 January 2022
I have ordered levis shirt by Flipkart but I'm not interested in shirt so I cancelled the order after 10 minutes. Refund is initiate by Flipkart immediately maximum time of refund is 21 January 2022. Afterthat I contact to Flipkart customer care then i send
Transaction statement they said that pls contact to your Dhani group...

Everytime denied my request this dhani agents,

Loan Account Number: CL11071597

i already lot's of request to dhani one freedom card subscription fees waive-off and account close,

but indianbulls dhani agents asking me first you pay ₹ 2118 subscription fee before you canceled this service,
I have not been using this dhani one freedom card service for 6 months,
