However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I had placed an order on the zaraapp and I completed the payment for the same. But the payment shows failed on the app as i closed the tab, and the order hasn't been confirmed, although the money has been deducted from my bank. Can you please look into this...
