motherboard not working

We have buy the computer from PC STORE in Hyderabad in the year 30/04/2011 they have given three years warranty but it is not working from (06/10/2012 ) two months onwards. The complaint is motherboard is not working...

Motherboard problem

I have assembled desktop computer from Veera Enterprises, shakarpur, Delhi-92 on 11 aug 2011, after one month it was not working properly it shutdown itself after 30 minutes. To sort the problem i contact the veera enterprises, thet checked and says your motherboard(INTEL DH61WW) Serial no. BTWW118003HM AA G[protected] is out of order and you have to repair it from Intel service center. For this i have submitted it to intel service center...

I have done the following checks Still the motherboard is not working properly
1.Changed Ram
2.Changed Processor
3.Changed CMOS Battery
4.Changed HDD

Still the problem persists. Need your help urgently.
