Misleading bus type and wrong information

The company showed different bus type(Volvo) over their website and app but while travelling it was normal bus. The fare is much higher as per normal buses. Other traveller Volvo buses are having same fare. The company charges more fare by showing wrong bus type.

Different prices for different people
Intrcity is highly cheating me in the pricing of their bus seats. I've see that the maximum price range of a sleeper ticket for my friend is less than ₹1700 whereas the price was never below ₹1800 for me in the entire history.

Wallet Balance deduction

I added ₹3237 to my Intrcity smartbus wallet for ticket booking but when I tried to book the ticket they debited all wallet money without any ticket booking.
I tried customer service many times but they are not responding properly as well as they are not giving response to the Email which I have attached the screenshot of issue and send to them. ( Debited amount ₹3237 ).

Driver behaviour and washroom cleaniness
The bus stopped at food court for 30 minutes .After 15 minutes when we get inside the bus we asked the driver to switch on AC as there was no air in bus and it was too congested. The driver was really rude .He said if bus will wait for 1 to main apke lie 1 ghanta Ac chala ke rakhu. Apka problem hai ap andar baithe ho. We said we have a small kid and at night we can't stay outside for that long and also when we were coming from Pune to Goa they have switched on AC even the bus stopped at restaurant.Then again he said rudely ye uska problem hai us driver ka Mera nai..Also the washroom were very dirty and unhygenic .No cleaniness.plus when u ask to clean nobody cleans it.Pathetic service after paying the premium amount

Irresponsible staff - Luggage missing

Worst travel experience and irresponsible staffs.
I travelled from Chennai to Bangalore.
I have put my luggage as per attender advise and got the luggage tag. When getting down at silk board I gave my luggage tag for collecting, but the luggage is missing. They said to call manager and come after 1hour to madiwala office.
When I went there office is closed and none of the manager (Monu / Santhosh) didn’t pick the call.
Later they informed that they checked with all passengers and vehicle cabin. The luggage is not found so raise a complaint to the customer care mail id.
I did that too. Till now no replies and while trying customer care number it’s not available. I had important documents, electronic items etc..
Worst thing was no one is responsible even after missing the luggage. Such irresponsible staffs is very to pathetic to handle.
Kindly avoid this service for any kind of travel.

I bought Savings Card on 27th November paying 171 and it had 6 trips left. When I tried booking today, app is not showing savings card option. It again shows to buy card. What the hell is this. Call ASAP to get this resolved.

Tickets prices too Hign

Ticket prices of this travels from Bangalore to Madurai is above 1500 and crosses 2500 for a single ticket where it is hardly 450 kms distance. The ticket prices should be regulated for all the private operators.

Death ride in HR 38 W 0044 (IntrCity SmartBus

Please help me get my due compensation for a horrific ride from Manāli to Delhi with intrcity on HR 38 W 0044 that almost costed me and my family our lives.
I have never had a bus journey this miserable in my entire life. The staff was rude and inconsiderate.
For starters, as we were late by 5 mins to the station because of extensive traffic jam, we asked the bus captain to slow down the bus as we catch up, while the driver went on in full speed while we had to travel half way through city even though we were right behind the bus. Here are some of the other points:
1. The stoppage for food was for half n hour and was at a place that had two bathrooms. I found a long queue near the bathroom, so asked the captain if there will be other stops, which he refused. On request, I asked for 5 mins, explaining my problem about how there was a long queue. But the driver not only shouted but started the vehicle despite knowing that as a woman it will not be easy for me to find a washroom else where either. Furthermore, at his convenience, the driver stopped the bus at a shady place for 20 long minutes, while we were told there will be not stoppage after that one stop.
2. I over heard the driver complain about facing problems with the braking system, despite that he drove rashly, without any consideration of the passengers. We hit a car in the beginning of the journey and had a close call at two other places. Manali is a tricky road with lots of turns, but the driver sped through them while over taking other vehicles. It is only sheer luck that I am alive to be typing this message to you. I was travelling with my family and I did not feel safe.
3. The bus captain had blaring music in loud volume playing all through the night. I was awake till 3 because of the same. I even raised a complaint twice with the customer care executive. He politely listened to me but couldn't do anything as be bus captains phone was switched off ( which itself is alarming )
I reached out to the customer care and though they promised a call back and also spoke about resolving the issue, I receive none - which only shows how “concerned” they are.
I am attaching a video which was shot at 3:30 in the night where the music is blaring. I am also attaching screenshots of my emails and lack of response from intr city, despite my horrific experience
