I am using AO smith water purifier and purchased AMC from Forbestechnovative in Mar 2022. I have called on 27th Aug to check fix the problem on water purifier and they send technician on 29th Aug. He told there is problem with display board and will replace in another 4 days as part need to be get from outside. I am calling daily, but no proper response and even sent mails many times eventhough no response....

Technician name called Ricky came for service saying i am from AO Smith service representative and replaced the filters and sold 2years AMC and purifier is stopped working. If i called they told we are coming for fixing the issue but not came up to now....
