Locker is not working

Address: C-4/96 Lawrence Road, Keshav Puram, Delhi-110035

DEAR SIR,

I have IQIP locker in home, however suddenly numeric keypad is not working, and manual key is also not working.

Would you please look into this and resolve this issue?
