I paid my loan 4 months back still showing loan active please change that

Sir i have never take loan from this company yet it shows on CIVIL score and 62 days due, i just shocked, , please remove from civil. My Loan A/c No shows *******3594 and 12000 amount. And Loan is showing Active.
