I didn't get the refund for fully waiting listed talkal ticket and cancelled by irtc rs aroun 2314...

My talkal ticket was waiting listed and cancelled by irtc and I didn't get the refund and in cancelleation policy itself says that the waiting listed talkal and cancelled by irtc it will get refunded...
