This is to inform you that there is a dangerous pitbull dog owned by our neighbours address J-4/53-B First floor DDA flats Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019. This dog has already bitten 3 people including me. Today evening when i was coming back from market the dog jumped and bit my hand when i was standing in front of my gate. The owner of the dog was also with it but the dog doesn't obey the owner and has done same thing before as well with a kid...
