Jammu And Kashmir Cable Car Corporation Complaints & Reviews
As per the government notice, cable car operations have been cancelled from 22nd April 2025 to 30th April 2025. However, I have received only ₹2, 500 as a refund.
I had booked tickets for Phase 2 for 26th April 2025, and the total amount paid was ₹5, 000.
Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of the remaining amount.

I had booked gondola 2 rides with nos. PYUOL-22071211-938727 & PYUOL-22071118-991639 dated 20-07-22

I had booked gondola 2 rides with nos. PYUOL[protected] & PYUOL[protected] dated 20-07-22 around 17th and 12th July respectively.
Unfortunately my mother-in-law expired and we had to cancel our travel. I have filled all necessary google forms for cancellation from 15-07-22 for both the rides. After the form is submitted it shows s " response submitted, our representatives will revert". Still not getting any response / refund .
I also tried phone nos. Tel:[protected] /[protected], but nobody lifts the call.
It is been more than 15 days still no response / refund.
Further I have also mailed to [protected]@gmail.com as attached here, then also i am not getting response.
The amount for both the rides for 5 passengers are as below :
Phase 1 - 740 x 5 = 3700, booking done from phone no. [protected]
Phase 2 - 950 x 5 = 4750, booking done from phone no. [protected].
Passenger names:
1. Sushma B.V
2. Ananth Kalghatgi
2. Bhoomika Kalghatgi
4. Davik Kalghatgi
5. laxmi. V Rao
Desirable resolution : Refund of amount of 3700/- and 4750/- to original source/ mob. no. [protected] & [protected] through Gpay/ phone pay/Pay TM.
