Tv given for repair on March 23 and its taken a painful time to get a refund activation on may 1st as they are not able to repair. Every time the customer care tells to wait for IVR call and still no received inspite of calling every alternate day....

I purchased a warranty from jeevs for MI Led TV. There was a some technical pogramme in the TV. I request a technician to repair my TV as it under the warranty. 1 month passed out. But there is a no response from jeevs....

I own a MI 50 inch TV and I purchased a carepack from Jeevs during the installation of my TV.I was advised if there is any physical damage, remote issues, any hardware issues the part will be replaced in 2-3 business days and if they are unable to rectify I was told the TV will be replaced. But, its been 5 days now and till now no one turned up to replace the TV or the parts even after paying 2800 and my registered number is [protected] Dixit...
