I ordered many item from this site but there was no response form that company I paid 991 rupees from my google pay but no one response so plse refund my money as soon as possible...

I just ordered a zen style Buddha lamp/incense holder, which price was Rs.149/- and I paid through UPI (phonepay) The amount got deducted and got a message that Transaction no. [protected] for Rs.149 done for GORDHANBHAI RANGANI has succeeded from payu team.
But transaction got unchanged from payment page. Also didn't get any confirmation about my order or any order number....

I made online payment for two door mats costing approx Rs 600/ and I was intimated on e mail on 25th January that my order placed and will be delivered shortly but till now no further communication inspite of getting online payment.
They are cheating people and need to be penalized for same....
