They have not processed my return test. It’s been 3 months of return...

I have returned a Sari which I brought from Karagiri. The order ID is #KRGR67027. I have raised the return request on 05.10.2121 and the pick up was done before 09.10.2021 . From then till now I haven't get the refund. I am sending mail repeatedly to their customer care but they hardly reply that they are processing etc etc. But from 2 days they even stopped that also. No reply from their end. This is very disappointing. The sari was about Rs. 4788 and they do not bother to give back that even a single response for that
