Fake messages and whatsapp messages from random numbers on the name of karthis e-commerce Pvt. Ltd.

I’m getting random SMS’s and whatsapp messages from this so called company Karthis E-Commerce Pvt Ltd. They are threatening and harassing me to pay the amount .which I haven’t received any money as such.
Please help me out from this disturbance and I’m getting messages that they will call up my contacts and family members which i have no idea how they have the source for this.

Also, they are mentioning different...

Fake/Spam messages

I am getting fake messages from YesCash, Hinspri, Kartik E Commerce Pvt Ltd, etc for paying some loan which I haven't availed and even they don't know about. I am attaching screenshot for reference....
