I have ordered 2 Kurtis from their site and didn't get any updates...

I hv ordered a Prepaid Noor premium green soft chanderi machine embroidered co-ord set ( S size) from kayanjali chikankari instagram store on 18 feb 2024 which was suppose to be delivered within 4-6 days. I texted them on WhatsApp and intagram page regarding the updates after 10 days but got no response as i hv orderd it for an occassion. Hi its been 2 month since i have bought a kurti set … they said it be delivered in 25 days … but not till now. They are not even replying to my msgs… they mentioned in their policy that they share tracking id but they didnt share that as well …...

I had placed order on 23rd May for 1 chikenkari kurti. Paid an amount 1099/-. They said they’ll dispatch the order within 10-15 days however there is now no response from them....
