I have placed a order on 25th july, I paid 1399rs through Google pay, they promised to deliver within 15day but still I have not received the product, even they are not responding when I am asking for refund... Kindly help me to get refund...

I have placed a order on 23rd dec, I paid 1399rs through Google pay, they promised to deliver within 15day but still I have not received the product, even they are not responding when I am asking for refund... once they send a wrong item I returned it but they didn’t send the replacement item. Kindly help me to get refund...
