Krmarketgurukul.com will not refund or grant access

This is a website that provides training on stock market trading.
i paid the course fee of Rs. 599 on Feb 21 2023.
i did not get any email from the website providing details on how to access course content. I did not even get an acknowledgement for the amount paid, through the transaction provider Razorpay sent me a receipt.
On 22 Feb I sent an email to their official address [protected]@krmarketgurukul.com seeking details. NO REPLY.
On 24 Feb I sent a whatsapp message to one of their official numbers +91 [protected]. Got a voice message that was not easy to understand on first hearing. Sent an email to their second official email [protected]@gmail.com. NO REPLY.
After a few attempts realised that the voice message was informing that they wanted a gmail id (I had registered with a non gmail ID)
I replied that due to their unprofessional conduct, I wanted a refund. NO REPLY.
On 25th I created a gmail id just for this purpose and sent them with a request to send details on how to get refund. Got a reply seeking permission to send course details to that email. I replied stating I am not interested to continue with the course. NO REPLY by whatsap and NO EMAIL providing course details.
On 27th sent a reminder Whatsapp message. NO REPLY.
On 28th called their official number. NO ANSWER. Sent a message through the contact us from on the website krmarketgurukul.com. Got a reply from their gmail id stating :
"We have already asked you for Gmail ID and if you have provided it, access must have been enabled for you
Please look into the message sent via WhatsApp to your registered number "
This was a lie as no email had been received inspite of informing gmail id on 25th by message.
Frustrated, I repeated my demand for a refund and disinclination to continue course due to gravely unprofessional conduct. NO REPLY.
On 8th March, sent email to their gmail account seeking refund as no access had been provided for so long. NO REPLY.
Resolution Expected : Refund as no access has been provided inspite of taking money more than 2 weeks ago.
