I purchased Kurlon Koir mattress on 15th December 2021 and within 10 days we find it as defective piece, the fabric Loosened all over, sagging at centre of mattress and at the bottom of mattress fabric was torned.

Customer service having no resolution and they did not have timeline to resolve it. They are blank.
I had contacted them no. of times, but no one came yet to take their DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED Matteress.

Very bad quality. .. my parents r not comfortable... pl change this mattresses fst . Taki humara veshvas kulon pr humsa bna rhe.. thanks ....
