Ordered the products from kwik savings did payment by my bank account, didn’t receive the products and neither got the refund....

I ordered a chair from kwiksavings.com on 10.10.20 and pay Rs 1499.25 through UPI. As there is not response from site I cancelled order and asked for refund. But still no response. Request you to pls interven
