La Chic Pick Complaints & Reviews

I Have order 2 items from there website on 25th July'23 worth 1795.
I haven't received anything from them. I tired reaching out to them but there is no response on any of my mails calls or whatsaap.
The items are paid but it's been days now no response and no update from them.

I ordered 2 items from La Chic Pick store on 22nd April 2023 but received only one product. I received the Khaki Parachute Pants on 28th april and have been waiting for the red midi satin skirt but have not received any follow up mail. I have been trying to contact their team via Whatsapp, Instagram, Gmail and phone calls but have received no response till date. I will attach the invoice screenshot below.
