I want refund for my order which I received the product is very worse...

I placed an order on sofiequeen ..of three set of kurtis of 799 and received parcel from lady boutique basement Rohini sector 16 delhi..these dresses are not that which I had ordered.. they send me very old dresses.. they show 15 day of return policy..but now there website is not working..they are not giving any response to their mail..and their phone number is not working.. please help me to refund my money..it's a humble request...
