Jo order tha wo kolkatta ke adress pe chala gaya application se or cancel bhi nhi hua aur refund ki process bhi nhi karvayi aur main gujarat main thaa aur payment bhi online ho gaya to phir koi resopnce bhi nhi mila kolkatta k lapinoz se how to get back my refund ?!...

I ordered food from lapinoz pizza but the delivery was late and he told me to pay extra 200 rs for delivery so I told them to cancel my order
but they told me that I have to cancel from the app itself,
but the thing is that app doesn't have any cancel option.
so right now I have paid 308 rs to lapinoz pizza for the food I didn't recieved
Please help me out with it....
