The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Loan harashment
I have taken loan from Large taka app and I repaid all the loan timely... Then I logout after paying all loan and uninstalled the app .
Now from 2 days MSG from unknown numbers displayed by saying that your loan is due in one day... Pl pay otherwise they will contact relatives... Pl resolve this issue ASAP....

I took a 3000/- rupees loan from Large Taka app. But I got 1800 only in the account. And I have to pay 3021/- in 7 days.
I paid 3021/- on the 5th day, but they didn't close my loan account and asked me to pay again.
I believe they will harass and threaten me for sure. I didn't pay them again, came here to complain.
