After I place the order and make the payment there is no response from this company. I bough the Premium GPS tracker with 5 year subscription charges. From 11th March onwards, Iam trying to contact them, but no use. I feel I lost my money. So please do not buy this product any more through online. After the installation you please make any payments....

I have paid 16199 rs for new gps system from my account. His executive said to me this will be reached with in 3 days and docket no within 1 hour but i haven't received any thing and his executive not attending my call and customer care not support me. This company fraud with me....

Letstrack is the worst GPS tracking company . Their customer care doesn't work if you want to register a complaint but when they want you to renew the plan they won't stop calling to remind you. They will charge you for technician visit even when the fault is with their device from their end. Letstrack motive is how to extract customer money without customer service/satisfaction.

Letstrack customer support doesn't answer or solve the problems that you are facing. This company exist to do fraud and nothing else. Buying products or services from this company is a complete waste of money. Even if you lodge a complaint in the email provided they won't reply on it. Go with any other GPS services provider but do not invest your money on letstrack....

I had ordered a device for my 4 wheeler. The cost is 8799/- per unit with a 5 yrs subscription.
