I have ordered an item online and after paying the amount only payment message is received by me, there was no order details was mentioned, I can't track my order, I don't know how long will it take to deliver, I want my money back

I ordered a jeans jacket on 25 Nov 2021, today it has been 10 days neither I received the order nor did I get any information regarding it.
My 600 amount was deducted from my account and didn't received any information regarding order confirmation.
