My Name is Jayavel, ordered few pants from Louis Phillippe website on 15Jan2023, my order have not been delivered yet but status in their website shows its delivered . I live in Singapore and ordered from here to my hometown (Tiruttani) with my Father's home delivery address and his contact information to collect the items. he has not receive any calls and mainly their proof of delivery shows its collected by me with my FAKE sign without my ID proof . how is that possible to collect by me when i am in Singapore. there is no evidence for them to prove that they deliver items to correct address and person. I Lost 7000Rs. I want to get the compensation and refund for the efforts i put to follow up on this, response from Louis Phillippe is very slow and no proper support to resolve this.

When we buy products from reputed brand they provide you the loyalty points. You can use these loyalty points as per your convenience. You buy the products because you have gud faith on the company. I use Louis Phillippe products and they provide me loyalty points. This year when i go to buy the shirt i came to know that my loyalty points (worth Rs 1500/) were eaten by the company. I shocked by this as how they can eat the earned loyalty points. So i lost the faith on the Louis Phillippe brand. I requested the company to give my points back but they say they cannot. I understand that my complaint may be handled by an employee for whom his job is more important than my loyalty points. But when a customer lost the faith on the company, it is a hidden loss.
