Product Not Delivered- Post Payment

Hi,
I had placed the order from Love pangolin on 8th Dec. Post ordering I didn’t get any tracking details. When I did email them I didn’t get any response. I did contact them on watsapp and on Instagram post which they said they would share tracking details.
Reply is below “ Our current dispatch time is 7 days once your order has been shipped out a tracking I'd will be shared with you for the same

Hoodie

I ordered a hoodie worth 2300 rs from them.They delivered almost 15 days late and once i received the quality and size wasn't correct. Their chat team asked me to arrange for return to them myself. I paid extra money for return. The product was delivered to them and there was no confirmation or acknowledgement of that nor any refund nor anybody replied. Now i lost my product and extra delivery charges and no refund. This is FRAUD. Im planning...

Unethical management

Inspite of repetitive reminders, the due of the first month wasn't given. It's not about how much amount, its about their unethical behaviour. The experience certificate which is a must to give to all the interns, cleared on the day itself, is not given to me. Its been over one and a half month of leaving the organisation. Didn't expect the company to stoop so low!...

I'm shocked that they're so unconcerned about your customers!

- Firstly they send the wrong order
- Secondly it is defective
- Then they commit to send a replacement
- Thereafter they don't reply
- Finally when they reply, they give no clarity on when you will send my order!!

SHAMEFUL!

Will surely like everyone to know this before ordering from them and maybe they'll...

Return policies

Very horrible and rude customer service. Not willing to accept that product was received damaged. Incorrect contact information online. Return policies mentioned are very vague and confusing....

No return policy

Please see the return policy before
you buy a product from these guys which is
hidden somewhere on the website and not easily
accessible (as they don't have the return policy
and if you dont like the product you will end up
paying extra from your pocket to return the
product)...

Sent defective product and not honouring service commitment

I purchased a pangolin luftmaske from the company's own website which was shipped in May 2021 with order id 28924. I started facing issues with the product as it not performing as promised and was falling apart almost immediately as compared to the sellers claim.

I emailed the seller with detail explanation and product photos of the issues I am facing with their product and they refused to offer service and are not responding...
