OTP received two times for a loan application from L&t finance limited which is not initiated by me. Please check if this any scam. Never applied for the loan from this website or company.

My LAN id is l[protected], Mc Name - anjugramam, my loan amount is rs.31574, i regularly paid my emi, but, i missed the 5 and 6 th installment due to loan collector not collect the loan in the lock down period ie april-2020 and may-2020, so, my loan tenure is extended 02 month up to jan-2022. But, yr finance ltd additionally demanded rs.2, 118/- on behalf of penalty, your loan collector not collected the loan as well as supreme court given relaxtion to loan repayment, so, solve the issue and kindly remove the penalty against the loan because that is not my fault.
