Hi,
I had tried ordering through MacDonalds app on Saturday 5th Nov 2022 and paid through Amazon Pay Wallet. My amount got debited and order did not go through.
I tried again and the same thing happened. When I contacted the Thane Kapurbawdi store the lady informed me to book via cash on delivery and the order went through.
When asked about refund she mentioned please send the screenshot of payment...

On Jan 2nd we purchased food for an amount of 483.98 and my brother paid it through online mode. The amount was successfully paid but the staff said that they did not receive it.
