I had purchased online products of kitchen Appliances of Rs 2976 on March 2022, till date I had not received any product from them... requesting you to kindly refund my money.....

I had purchased online from the said company on March 2022 ofamount 2976, they send me confirmation mail regarding my order, but still had not received any product or money back... requesting you to kindly refund my money back & justice......

Very bad experience with this online shopping...

The site displayed different products of daily uses utensils and on purchase it debits the amount and later when I try to track my order, the website is no more available...

They had posted their ad on the Instagram stories and after I made the purchase, except for order confirmation email, no news from their website....

Few days ago (around 9th March, 2022) I saw the ad of this website named "Macro Kitchen" in Instagram and I purchased an item from the website, worth Rs.399/- and I paid using UPI. But until today when I neither received any mail/msg, nor the product, I clicked on the link (of the website) that I had shared with a friend. And I was shocked to see "the store is unavailable" written when I clicked into the link. Screenshot image of the website...
