This is with order I'd Nr- 095297 that placed on Madras Shopee website. I have placed order on 24 September 2023. On 02 October the order has been cancelled due to put of stock and refund hasn't be provided since them .

Again for asking the refund, Told that order is ready to dispatch so I Cancelled the order. Now from 02 October they are not responding nor they are replying, picking up the calls.

So I request...

This is regarding my order The Remains of the Day (order no. 075669). It's been a week and the order is still under process. There has been no update from them. Also no option for canceling the order and they are not replying on the mentioned whatsapp number....
