Incorrect information, fraud company

I have subscribed to premium version of Magic bricks which costed 1529/- where I could contact 35 owners..
Most of the details were incorrect, wrong address, owners were unaware that their property was listed on magic bricks, most of the houses were sold out and these owners had asked magic bricks to remove from the website the wasn't removed, no photos of the property, incorrect photos of the property. I was cheated by magic bricks and it's a fraud company.

Calls from fake people from Indian Army

This fraud is highly popular in websites/apps like magic bricks, housing, etc.
I got a call from a person names Akshay kumar chennamaneni who is looking for a flat for rent in Visakhapatnam and he told me that he is currently in Indian Army posted as lieutenant in Dehradun and will be shifting to Vizag soon. He seems to be in very hurry to book the flat and transfer 1 month advance rent along with Deposit. He also told me that the amount will get transferred from Indian Army account and my senior will talk to you and let you know the process.
He called me again and handed over the phone to his senior. i asked his senior and then he told me that to transfer the rent and deposit amount, i will give you a Indian Army account which you need to add in your account as beneficiary and then transfer small amount of Rs5 or Rs10 and then send the screenshot. once this is done we will transfer the rent and deposit to your account. I told him that why should i transfer, you want the flat for rent and you should do the transfer. He told me that this is Indian Army process, when you add the account which i will give you then only you will be able to recieve the amount in you account.
He has shared all the ID cards for further proofs (Aadhar, PAN, Driving Licence, Canteen Card). Wonder how this stupid Duff got hold of all these cards.
