Hello sir/mam,

I am Vishal Shankar Narayan, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category through online (sarathi.parivahan.gov.in), my RTO office came under RTO Kalyan (Maharashtra), I passed the test on[protected], Its been 18 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still showing as (PRINTING OF LEARNING LICENCE Pending).

I had submitted my application online for driver license renewal more than two months ago.

The application is stuck under processing at RTO level status for more than two months now. The Application processing stage mentions SCRUTINY - (Document Verification).

Please help as it has been more than two months now waiting for this application to move forward but it is still stuck.
