I was supposed to travel in Makruzz ferry with a group of 9 people including me on 3 occasions. But due to unfortunate restrictions on tourism activities in Andaman and no clear future on the pandemic situation, I cancelled my bookings which are as follows:

1. Port Blair to Havelock.
Booking Reference( PNR ) : RSSTGT
Date Of Travel : 21/02/2022.
Ticket Cost: Rs. 14256.

2. Havelock to Neil Island.
Booking Reference( PNR ) : TGFXRK
Date Of Travel : 23/02/2022
Ticket Cost: Rs. 12132.

3. Neil Island to PortBlair
Booking Reference( PNR ) : HPTCQA
Date Of Travel : 25/02/2022
Ticket Cost: Rs. 13194.

Above are the details of our booking and I cancelled all 3 for all 9 passengers given in the respective PNR's. I have cancelled this booking on 16th January 2022. I have yet not received any refund from Makruzz. I have sent them multiple emails and they come with standard reply that refund is under process. Please help me in getting my refund.

I had Booked Makruzz to travel from PB to HL on 24th Jan 2022.
On 10th Jan 2022, Andaman Government closed all the tourist spots of Andaman. Therefore I had only option left to cancel all my tickets of tour.
Therefore on 13th Jan 2022, I cancelled my Makruzz ticket. It got cancelled. I contacted them for the refund but they didn't gave proper response. they just told me that we have not started refund yet.
now its been almost 3 weeks and I didn't get any assurance or any date of refund. I am not even sure whether I will get it or not.
while booking they are not even waiting for a minute for the amount. but we have to wait and wait and wait for the refund.

I had online booked ferries at https://www.makruzz.com/ to travel on[protected]PNR - ABDJAL, from Port Blair to Swaraj Dweep),[protected]PNR - XKZMIR, from Swaraj Dweep to Shaheed Dweep), and[protected]PNR - KJLESB, from Shaheed Dweep to Port Blair). But I received a call on[protected] from makruzz that your all ferries have been canceled, so we are canceling your bookings and you will receive your refund soon....
