I bought iPhone 13 on 23rd Jul from the online site of maple and got it delivered on 24th Jul. Along with this i bought a charger. Today is 28th and the charger isnt working. I tried in all the ports at home, tried in office, nothing worked. I then went to the maple store in Rcity mall, they just checked and dont know how it started working there. Post 10 mins i reach office and i see its again not working. I fail to understand how a new product can be faulty. I sent a complaint email to maple in the afternoon, no one seemed to get in touch or respond to the email. Extremely disatisfied with maple and the service. I guess it was wrong decision to buy from Maple. Apple should discontinue allowing maple to sell their products as this is impacting their brand image.

    Hi team,

    Please assist me on this issue asap to get the refund.

    I have made the payment through razorpay gateway and got confirmation mail from them. But the order shown transaction has failed. Also, money deducted from the card.
