I purchased marrow app for medical studies, and they suspended, I have emailed them, but they aren't replying

Marrow app has suspended my account citing of more usage of videos in short time . Iam a genuine user of Marrow. I didn't even share with anyone.

Marrow has blocked my account without any prior notice or cause. they have wasted my one day and spoiled my mental health. Need strict Actions. It's very much an unprofessional act by platform such as marrow. I am plan c pro user since 3 years and was going to buy again. now I thik it's Better to move to different one to save mental health.

Sir I Aakash marrow plan c user had paid 33.5k for one year course but today 24 may I logged my account on laptop for grand tests and my marrow account was immediately blocked I am the only person using this app by showing repeated suspicious activity. So I immediately wrote email to file my appeal for unblocking but I didn't recieve any reply from them so kindly resolve my issue...
