Regarding suspension of my marrow account

I am user of marrow plan C yesterday my account had been suspended stating due to repeated playbacks but i was informed that we can use one marrow account in two devices. I was playing videos in two tabs of mine and then suddenly they blocked my account, i donot really know that we cannot play marrow videos on two devices simultaneously. They are saying not to approach customer service i have payed around 44000 rupees for the subscription...

About suspending the marrow neet app subscription suddenly without any violation

I have been a marrow pro user for 3 years,
Spent 80000 on the app since then and purchased notes too

I have :
1. Never violated their privacy policy
2. Never shared my account with another person.
I am the only person who used the app through my account.
3. Never recorded their videos

Despite this, my access was revoked today when i logged into my tablet.And suddenly they suspended...

Marrow Account blocked suddenly without notice

I'm a marrow pro user, but today my account got suspended because I wrongly attempted to open it on the pc using an android emulator, I was not aware of the consequences nor previous warning was given, thought pc would be better while studying, as it is a bigger screen and will be comfortable for eyes.
