On 24th dec i placed order still i have not received the product and i applied for refund. Not responding to my mail i need immediate attention......

I have ordered cake candel & paid extra charge total 925 rs in this app to deliver cake on 5th sept 2021, but in last minute they said it won't be delivered & asked extra money if they will deliver..I asked to cancel & refund money..but they did not refund my money & customer care cut my call without helping.
